Description
Master Grade Yellow Cedar Dread
Yellow Cedar is an absolute pleasure to work with. The wood has fine grained and this sort is THE BEST that can be had. Even color and texture, stiff as glass and strong medularies. The current stock now was cut in “96”
These tops are produced from the finest tonewood fiber in the world from salvage sourced old-growth Alaskan Yellow Cedar.

My mentor in luthiery prefers yellow cedar to sitka so I thought I would buy a set. The grain is wonderfully tight and strait. So far they are just beautiful boards, but I expect excellent results. This is a great family company and I like to support reclaiming old wood.
