Rarely, a customer may receive a product that is unsatisfactory. Each incident will be treated individually, based on the facts.
Please do not alter the product before contacting us of an issue. We will not accept returns for boards altered in any way without our authorization.
If there is an error on our part, the product will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. If there is damage in transit, shipping insurance purchased with every order shall provide reimbursement. But may require the surrender of the damaged product to the USPS or 3rd party insurance company. If the product does not meet the customer’s expectations but does meet the guidelines of the grade ordered, the customer may return for refund or exchange.
Depending on circumstances, the customer may have to cover return shipping costs. Contact us before returning any product, or if there are any questions or issues.
