Description

Premium Full Figured bearclaw cello front wedge cut bookset. Cut from a heli-logged old Growth blow down. It does not get better in quality with the visual energy of bearclaw figure in a  tonally and visually great soundboard.

These tops are produced from the finest tonewood fiber in the world. Procured from salvage sourced old-growth Sitka Spruce.

    As far as drying is concerned yes. Some boards have been surfaced also.

    The tree this top was cut from was not actually felled. It was a blowdown that was found and held-logged in 2013-14  and had been down for a number yrs. Maybe as many as 15 yrs or more.
