Description
High Grade Sitka spruce for resonator guitar.
These tops are produced with the finest tonewood fiber in the world. Procured from salvage sourced old-growth Sitka Spruce.
Its a shame that luthiers building resonator guitars usually are required to cut a large hole out of wonderful old growth boards. We have an answer. To save the customer some money and utilize some more of this valuable 400+ year old, old growth timber source. Most all of these sets are from old float logs, and have teredo mollusk holes bored in the log/block that is getting sawn. The saving alone will cover the postage in most cases compared to the price of regular clean jumbo soundboards.
