We trim most of the octave sets to 7" wide. so it's possible for your soundboard, if you are ok with adding some wing for the extremities of the lower bout, like a lot of bass builders do when using Norway spruce for upright double bass. Otherwise, probably the best would be the larger 15" archtop guitar set of the same grade.

They are wedge cut 2 at the joining edge to .75+/-" x 7"wide x 19+ inches long and resawn into a bookset
